Driveways, walkways, patios, curbs and siding, cleaned back to bright.

Oak Hill is just south of Herndon and Reston, so we are in the neighborhood often. Most homes are single-family houses in planned subdivisions from the 1980s and 1990s, with vinyl siding, wood decks and concrete driveways.
Lots of homes here have decks, and we can wash the deck in the same visit as the driveway and siding. Newer homes mostly need upkeep: a wash every year or two keeps vinyl siding and concrete looking new. Heavy shade keeps surfaces damp, so walkways and the north side of the house tend to grow green algae fast. That is usually the first thing we hit.

"Blaze did an excellent job power washing my stone patio and cleaning off all the dirt that accumulated over the winter. He's very courteous and very responsive. I highly recommend his services."John Meehan

Often, yes. Ask for both in your quote and we will plan the visit around it.
Pressure is matched to the surface. Concrete can take more; siding, wood and softer stone get a gentler wash.
